We read everything, and usually reply within a few days. If you are reporting a problem, the details below save a round trip.

Reporting a problem

To help us reproduce it quickly, please include:

• What you did, and what you expected to happen instead
• The browser and device you are using (for example, Chrome on Windows, or Safari on iPhone)
• The settings you had selected — canvas size, number of colours, dithering and confetti reduction
• The pattern size in drills (shown above the chart, e.g. 40 × 53)

You do not need to send your photo. Since nothing is uploaded, we cannot see it, and in most cases the settings above are enough for us to track a bug down.

Feature requests

Suggestions are genuinely useful — several things in the tool exist because a crafter asked for them. If there is a step in your workflow that feels slow or awkward, describe the workflow rather than the feature, and we will work out what would fix it.

Using the tool commercially

Charts you generate are yours to use, including for items you sell. You only need to hold the rights to the source photograph. There is no licence fee and no attribution requirement.
